We developed a half day event which included a highly participative ‘Nasanta’ team challenge followed by a debrief introducing Lencioni's Five Dyfunctions of a Team. We also introduced Kahler's Drivers so participants could learn more about their own Drivers and how this could impact working together as a team.

The session was well designed and delivered with lots of opportunity for discussion and participation. All enjoyed the day and found working with leaders from other areas of the business rewarding.
