Our client recognised that building employee resilience to better manage pressure and stress was a key business challenge.

What We Did...

Research showed that strong time management, assertive behaviours and providing feedback to others would all contribute towards team members achieving a positive impact on wellbeing. Our programme focussed on identifying sources of pressure and palliative, indirect and direct solutions to address stress at work. Managers also attended a separate programme to build their skills in managing stress in team members.

The Impression We Left...

Post programme, 48% of participants indicated that they were able to spot signs of stress in themselves earlier and were able to deal with this accordingly, having a significant impact on their organisational affiliation.
