Starting Point...

Our client wanted Footprint to design and deliver a team event in preparation for a major programme of change starting in April 2014. He wanted the event and content of the training to feel very different to mobilise and energise a team of people from across Europe that didn’t typically work together.

What We Did...

We developed a two day event which included a highly participative ‘Nasanta’ team challenge and Pinpoint, a facilitation tool to enable the team to discuss the challenges they faced as well as creating an action plan to address these. To support the learning coming from these activities, sessions on emotional response to change, Kahler’s Drivers and high performing teams were also incorporated in the two days.

The Impression We Left...

A survey after the event revealed that attendees felt supported and prepared for their role in the change programme and that the two days had helped them to bond as a team.

I was extremely impressed with the constant linkage back to our change programme and the examples of how the learning would be relevant to the needs of the programme. This made it feel that the training was focussed on a personal level to our business needs.”

What our client said...

From the very first meeting we had with Vicky and Mandy I knew you were on our wavelength, this is extremely important to us as we have lean resources and we need to ensure we have good partners that can gel with us. This was reinforced when I met Tom. You were able to quickly understand our situation and requirements and translate that into a tailored approach that addressed our requirements. Your creative, different approach is unusual and I personally like it very much.

The communication between us has been excellent. You have not only designed and delivered an excellent training package for us but you actively communicated and supported us before, during and after the event which was incredibly helpful.
