Starting Point...

Our client wanted to introduce a coaching culture across the leadership team to drive performance and reduce spend on external expertise.

What We Did...

Our research indicated some understanding of coaching and a desire to develop the skill further. Our skills based coaching programme covered intermediate and advanced coaching skills including our unique MET model of goal setting and  ABCD model of tackling beliefs. We also developed a set of bespoke coaching behavioural standards which the L&D Team could use to benchmark skills.

The Results...

Participants stated that their confidence in coaching and their credibility as a coach had increased. They shared stories of how their coaching sessions had supported coachees in improving customer service, building stronger working relationships and enhanced decision making.
